Winner announcement!! Fancy winning a Merlin family ticket for Blackpool Tower?

Merlin attractions cover such a range of days out that can be enjoyed by the whole family. From Theme Parks such as Legoland and Alton Towers to The London Eye and even Blackpool Tower.

I spent my honeymoon in Blackpool 6 years ago and happily spent many days out in Blackpool and visited many of the attractions including the top of the Tower which I have to admit scared the life out of me as I stared down through the glass floor tile at the passers by below (NB I am NOT good with any heights!) I also enjoyed visiting the Tower Ballroom where you can enjoy a Blackpool dance or two!

I have happy memories of visiting the ballroom as a child and watching my Mum and dad dancing together.

Tala spreads his wings!

Just wanted to share a few photo's of our gorgeous new cotbed and mattress we chose after winning a photo competition from Flash Bang Book Ltd.

Tala at 5 months (that day!) had outgrown his Moses Basket so I was thrilled to win and knew exactly what I would order. Here are the photo's of his new abode....

He looks so small in there but has so much room to stretch out. I am sure being a cotbed we will have many years of use out of it. Thanks so much to Flash Bang Book.

Tala wins a new pram!

Although I have not mentioned it on here before - I love to enter competitions and love it even more when I am lucky enough to win.

Our 2011 got off to the perfect start on Monday 1st, when I received a message from Pushchair Trader to say that I had won a Limited Edition Bugaboo Bee Plus pram from BumpsnBabes - You can imagine I was more than happy as Tala is using a twice handed me down, 11 year old pram used by his older sister and brother (I do believe in re-use and recycle!)

Well our gorgeous new pram has arrived and we are thrilled, it's so light and turns so easily with just one hand. I can say that pram design has changed a lot for the better in 11 years.

I would like to thank both Pushchair Trader and BumpsnBabes for choosing us to win. Here's some photo's of Tala enjoying his new set of wheels.....
