The FDA held a teleconference today on its proposed rule to define gluten free as less than 20 PPM. This is consistent with science as well as the laws in other countries. This does not affect our products as they test below 5 PPM. Therefore, if the proposed rule is enacted (currently expected for 3rd quarter 2012), our products would still be considered gluten free.
