Orange juice has been known to have various properties for health. One is in relation to lower cholesterol or fat levels in the blood.

Here are the tips:

1. Choose a fresh lime and then wash with clean
2. Cut the lemon into quarters, then thinly sliced
3. Enter the last slice in a glass. Lime slices are slices which was complete with its leather
4. Pour hot water until full, then cover tightly
5. Wait about 30 minutes, then drink until they run out
