Davina for Next and what's next for me....

January is traditionally the time we all look to shifting the extra pounds we have gained over the festive season and start making our New Year Resolutions.

Having lost just short of 3 and a half stone this year following the birth of my son Tala, I am ready for the next step in my 'new me' process and to begin exercising again.  I have to admit I do actually enjoy going to the gym but like many people I feel self concious about all the usual things like 'what will I wear to exercise in?'

Worry no more because Next are about to launch a new range that incorporates workout outfits, great outfits to wear post exercise and a stylish yet innovative range of shoes and trainers.

Designed in collaboration with the gorgeous (and stunningly fit) Davina McCall, Davina for Next is now launching through Next Directory, online at www.next.co.uk and in selected stores in time for Spring 2012 and perfectly timed for people like me that want to make a return to fitness in 2012. I would love to be involved with reviewing the range whilst I embark on my next step and if you take a look at the items below you will see why!

I love these stylish trainers especially not just because they look great but they look after my feet using F.I.T Technology which will exert 25% less pressure on the ball of the foot so no more hobbling back from the gym with aching feet - perfect!

That's not all as the F.I.T Technology is carried on through the whole Davina for Next range of footwear, from the fabulous looking trainers above to these cute pumps....

....that would look great on the way to the gym / pool / exercise class or equally great with a pair of jeans and worn casually, not only stylish but also with the promise of decreased heel impact.

My fear, as I am sure it is for lots of ladies, is whether or not we will be supported when we exercise - no not necessarily by our partners but certainly by our sportswear!!.  I am not the smallest 'up top' and the last thing I want is to be 'jiggling around' whilst working out. They are also look the part...
