Mamas got a brand new bag!!

I don't think you can ever have enough shoes or handbags - fact!

I have quite a number of handbags and tend to swop around according to the event or season.  I haven't bought a bag in a while so was chuffed to receive this delightful Kate Benjamin black fabric jewel bag which is exclusive to Accessories Direct and as featured in Marie Claire and Closer magazine.

The bag is plain black on one side with the other side being more tapestry in feel and featuring differently sized jewels and beads making it a versatile bag that can go from day through to evening use.

The bag closes magnetically and the inside fabric is a lush silky purple that screams chic and even the zipped pocket and phone holder pouch are finished off with a 'leather look' material.  I love the colour so much and it is a fantastic contrast to the black jewels.

The bag itself measures 23cm (h) x 41cm (w) x 16 cm (d)  and I was impressed by how much I could fit in without it looking over stuffed and altering the shape of the bag.  I even got a newspaper folded in half in with no problem. The handle is an 11cm drop so not a shoulder bag but designed to be held by hand (and shown off!)
