Detox diet consists of natural foods, organic and unprocessed. The role of diet removes toxins from the body by providing fiber, vitamins and antioxidants. The hardest part of planning a detox diet provides enough flavor variations and therefore are willing to stick with the plan.
Teaching
1 Take lots of water filtered or spring water. Start the day with 2 glasses. You can also drink herbal tea or water the rest of the vegetables with sea salt.
2 Buy a variety of fruits such as oranges, pineapple, grapes, bananas, peaches and pears. Mix in a fruit salad, or the collection of dishes for breakfast or a snack. Sprinkle the fruit with nuts, wheat or wheat germ.
3 Eating whole grains, like shredded wheat, oats, meusli, rice, wheat or millet for breakfast. Taste with a few tablespoons of juice or a mixture of butter and canola oil. Experiment with different flavors to find what you like.
4 consume fresh vegetables for lunch and dinner. Eating broccoli, carrots, beets, sweet potatoes and dark green. Vary the vegetables.
5 Experiment with preparation plants. It can be steamed, in soup or fried in olive oil, flaxseed or canola oil. Season with spices seeds, onion, sunflower and sesame. Add a small amount of protein, such as organic chicken, salmon, sardines and other fish.
Guide
Eating vegetables for lunch and dinner. Prepare a meal before starting the diet. Experiment with different recipes and food combinations that will have a satisfactory food supply during the meal.
