For woman and men Menu plan for the detoxification of 7 days :

Some diets say "It's Wednesday and therefore must have a stew," but the beauty of a week long detox you can reach the ceiling of your own mouth. You choose what you want for breakfast, lunch dinner, and snacks, provided you keep the material varies and eat a variety of colored fruits and vegetables every day is different.

Breakfast choices

- Start your day with cereal.

- Spaghetti made with oats (not instant) and served with your choice of non-dairy milk honey, and nuts.

- Millet or quinoa porridge with dried fruit stuffing, served with non-dairy milk.

- Dried fruit compote marinated in orange juice mixture and served with yoghurt life.

- No wheat bread and served with peanut butter or honey.

- Eggs boiled organic spinach and steamed with non-wheat toast.

- Fruit salad with mango, papaya and melon topped with sesame seeds.

Lunch Options

- Each of soup served in bread wheat.

- Selection of salad.

- A Mediterranean vegetable omelet with onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers.

- Goat cheese salad with walnuts on top.

- Ratatouille piled on a piece of toast off.

- There is no whole-wheat pasta with steamed vegetables and a simple tomato sauce.

- A baked potato stuffed with Greek salad, feta cheese, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and black olives.

- Crudités with salsa.

Dinner Options

- Your choice of organic fatty fish is served with plenty of seasonal vegetables and a few drops of lemon juice.

- Baked Salmon with vegetables of your choice.

- Oriental stir fried broccoli with walnuts.

- Pasta with artichokes and olives.

- The quinoa and wild rice pilaf.

- Spicy cannellini beans and tomato casserole.

- Vegetables baked with mashed potatoes, served with fish.

- Masoor lentils with cauliflower.

- Vegetable fried rice with nori seaweed.

- Sate marinated vegetables.

- A choice of grilled vegetables such as eggplant, beets, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions, pumpkin seeds and crumble feta cheese on top.

Desserts

- Any kind of fresh fruit salad.

- Ice Granada.

- Orange and date salad.

- Blueberry salad.

- Rice pudding made with milk milk.

- It is made with oatmeal collapsed and crushed walnuts.

When making fruit salad, sweet and sour mix and two or three different textures.

Detoxification snacks

- Rice cakes (fresh beans, plain or sesame), oatmeal or bread with hummus, tahini, guacamole, goat cheese, peanut butter or honey.

- A few cherry tomatoes with slices of goat cheese.

- Half an avocado drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

- Mixed Nuts and seeds (health food store has many benefits mixture).

- Raw Vegetable Crudités served with tahini, hummus or guacamole.

- Some raisins or other dried fruit.

- Any fresh fruits, melons, grapes, apples, pears, Satsuma.

- A juice, milk shakes or smoothies.

After detoxification Dinners

- Any detox salad or vegetable dish served with grilled fish or organic chicken meat.

- Pepper steak with two salads.

- Chicken with beans, olives and lemon.

- Oriental stir-fried with fish or chicken.

- All types of curry dishes.
