Hot Tips Healthy Diets May Help Sperm Motility
A healthy diet can be a factor that increases the sperm, according to two recent studies by Harvard University, HealthDay reports.

Both studies were presented this week at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine in Orlando. The first study followed the diets of 188 healthy people aged between 18 and 22 years and compared their diets to move the sperm concentration, and shapes.
