HABA Ambassador review - Dashing Dog

The third review in my HABA collection is the Dashing Dog


Suitable from 10 months, this soft and cute doggy has an extra surprise in store for little ones.... pull his tail and he will move along the floor.  Made from plush fabric in a bright and cheerful selection of colours.

Pull his tail to make him move...

Once the tail is pulled the dog starts to quiver which then in turn propels the movement but sadly in our case it did nothing and stayed in the one place shaking.  Tala even managed to learn to pull the tail himself (so suitable for small hands) but still no forwards movement.

The quality of the materials used are good and the toy is robust but the dash just doesn't dash!  We did try it on a variety of surfaces but all no to avail sadly.

I do think the concept of the Dashing Dog is very good but was very disappointed by the lack of movement although Tala does still push it along himself so all is not lost.....
